Hi Ben, though not as open as the "skeletal “flying ribs”" of Magdeburg, there are few examples of open vault ribs near Orléans : in the chancel of Cléry-Saint-André and the "collégiale Saint-Aignan" in Orléans. These chancels built in the 15th century inspired the reconstruction of Orléans cathedral, that got the same feature in its chancel (beginning of 17th century) (See photo here : https://loirelovers.fr/visiter-cathedrale-sainte-croix-orleans/). You can also find a more "primitive" example in Bourges chancel.
